How do I receive my order?
All orders are available for collection from 1Vybe Studio in Watford. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with collection instructions and times.
Can I have my order shipped?
At this time, we offer collection only from our Watford studio. If you require shipping due to special circumstances, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to help.
Where do I collect my order?
You can collect your order at 1Vybe Studio, Watford. Full collection details will be provided in your confirmation email.
When will my order be ready to collect?
We’ll notify you by email as soon as your order is ready. Please wait for this notification before coming to collect.
Can someone else collect my order for me?
Yes, just forward your order confirmation email to the person collecting on your behalf. They may be asked to show the email and a form of ID.
What if I can’t collect my order right away?
No problem! We’ll hold your order for up to 7 days. If you need more time, just let us know.
